This document has the sole purpose to clarify the GGW Flexi Rewards module free support program and premium support program.
By purchasing this module you agree to the following terms:
1) This module is designed to work with the default installation of OpenCart along with the default themes. We had done our best to make the module work with third party components that are well written and follow industry standards. However, many third party components do not follow standard guidelines, and can cause issues with this module..
2) With the purchase of GGW Flexi Rewards module, we agree to a one time free installation and will configure the module to calculate rewards as advertised.
3) Any additional support after will be billed at $15 USD/hour.

When do I get free support?

You will get free support if you :

• Encountered a bug on our module
• Have questions on the module settings
• Need to understand why the module isn't working in your environment

When do I need to get premium support?

You will need to get premium support if you :

• Can't resolve third party conflicts with this module on your own
• Need to resolve third  party conflicts with this module and other plugin as well

How much would premium support cost?

Our premium support is rated at $15USD/ Hour.

How many hours of premium support do I need?

In most cases we can resolve a third party conflict within 1-2 hours per conflicting third party module.
This means that after diagnoses, you will receive an estimated hours of premium support required to resolve your third party conflicts.

Yes, we will help you, but it can't be always for free.
